Dirk Descheemaeker (°1959) studied clarinet at the Royal Music Conservatory in Brussels and graduated in 1984. He played with different ensembles such as Maximalist!, Julverne, Univers Zero, De Nieuwe Muziekgroep, Daniël Schell and Karo, Wim Mertens Ensemble,... He's an active member of Ictus ensemble and Ensemble Alternance.
