Born in Vienna, Eva Reiter studied recorder and viola da gamba at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna (Diploma with Honors) and at the Sweelinck-Conservatory in Amsterdam, where she received both master's degrees "cum laude".
Currently she is very active giving concerts as a soloist as well as performing with different baroque ensembles, orchestras and with ensembles for contemporary music (among others Ictus, Klangforum Wien).
Since 2015 she is a member of Ictus.
She was awarded the "Publicity Preis" of the SKE and the "Förderungspreis of the City of Vienna“, the "Queen Marie José International Composition Prize", the "Staats" stipend of the Federal Chancellery for the Arts, a working stipend at the “Akademie Schloss Solitude” the "Erste Bank Kompositionspreis“ as well as other prizes.
Eva Reiter's compositions were performed at international festivals such as Transit (Leuven), Ars Musica (Brussels), ISCM World New Music Festival, generator und Wien Modern (Wiener Konzerthaus), Klangspuren Schwaz (Tirol), Aspekte Salzburg, Sommer in Stuttgart, MaerzMusik – Festival für Zeitfragen (Berlin), musikprotokoll (Graz), Darmstädter Ferienkurse, Donaueschinger Musiktage, Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival, Musica Strasbourg, Kunstenfestivaldasarts (Brussels), Wiener Festwochen and others.

Eva Reiter, geboren in Wenen, studeerde blokfluit en viola da gamba aan de Universiteit voor Muziek en Podiumkunsten in Wenen (Diploma met onderscheiding) en aan het Sweelinck-Conservatorium in Amsterdam, waar ze beide masterdiploma's "cum laude" behaalde.
Momenteel is ze zeer actief als soliste en treedt ze op met verschillende barokensembles, orkesten en ensembles voor hedendaagse muziek (oa Ictus, Klangforum Wien).
Sinds 2015 is ze lid van Ictus.

Eva Reiter est née à Vienne. Elle a étudié la flûte à bec et la viole de gambe à l'Université pour la Musique et les Arts de la Scène dans sa ville natale, où elle a été diplômée avec la plus grande distinction. Elle poursuit l'étude de ses deux instruments au Sweelinck-Conservatory d'Amsterdam, où elle obtient deux masters avec les honneurs.
Actuellement, Eva Reiter déploie une activité multiple : soliste et musicienne d'ensemble dans le champ de la musique baroque (De Nederlandse Bachvereniging, Unidas, Ensemble Mikado, Le Badinage) ; et collaboration avec des ensembles de musique contemporaine : Ictus, Klangforum Wien, Trio Elastic3, Duo Band, entre autres.

Eva Reiter s'est vu décerner le Publicity Preis de la fondation autrichienne SKE, le Förderungspreis de la Ville de Vienne et le Queen Marie José International Composition Prize en 2008, parmi d'autres distinctions.
En qualité de compositrice, elle a été jouée dans des festivals tels que Transit à Louvain, Ars Musica à Bruxelles, ISCM World New Music Festival à Stuttgart, Musikprotokoll à Graz, Generator et Wien Modern au Konzerthaus de Vienne. Elle est l'invitée régulière des festival de musique ancienne et contemporaine.
